NoviAMS doesn't just check all the right boxes for an association's AMS needs - it adds boxes (features and functionality) that you did not even know you needed! I was fortunate to be one of the first associations to launch on Novi many years ago, and it was best-in-class from the jump. We are a small-staff association and having Novi empowers us to focus on what matters the most - our members and our affiliate partners. If you have to spend your time and your teams time finding workarounds or managing duplicative processes then you have the wrong AMS, and you need some Novi in your life. What other AMS asks their customers to crowdsource major product and feature enhancements (yes, Novi actually does this)? Seamless accounting and transaction, exceptional usability for members and association staff, easily manages complex inheritance structure (grandparent - parent - child - cousin - uncle), incredible support, and you don't have to pay extra for all the cool new features they launch! Most importantly, from start up (many years ago) to now having 600+ clients and growing - Novi's people and company culture are what make the product so special. They care about their clients and know them by name. You cannot put a price tag on something like that, and once you are live you will kick yourself for not having made the leap sooner.

When looking at the AMS products on the market, there isn’t one that’s better than Novi if you take everything into consideration. They are the perfect hub for any association looking to find a partner that will work with all best in show tech stack products. Their customer service is second to none and you really feel like they are a partner, and not a vendor. They are constantly updating the product with releases that REALLY make a difference, and they continually ask for feedback so they can ensure the direction they are headed is the best for their customers. Novi is AMS number 8 for me, and I can’t imagine ever changing again.
