Overall Experience

Our professional organization switched from our previous AMS to MemberPlanet due to the high cost vs the features we were utilizing and the difficulty for back-end administrators to navigate and use the site. MemberPlanet has been very easy to set up and is incredibly user-friendly, and all the features we needed were included in our subscription. I definitely recommend considering it if you're looking for a new AMS.

Overall Experience

When our professional organization began our search for a new member platform to handle dues, conferences, and website needs, we reached out to other similar organizations for advice. We evaluated all the platforms and found MemberPlanet handled our needs most efficiently and within our budget. We transferred our website with very little difficulty and have had great response from members. Our membership numbers have improved thanks to MemberPlanet's automatic reminders and renewals. We have also seen upticks in engagements since the transition. We recommend MemberPlanet enthusiastically.
