Overall Experience

Our association has been a client of Matrix for over twenty years. Over that time, the Matrix team has consistently demonstrated that they are invaluable partners in our mission. We couldn't do what we do without them. The product itself is a robust, highly customizable AMS. If there's something that it doesn't do that we need, almost always the answer is that Matrix will work with us to make it happen. That kind of attention to the individualized needs of each client is rare, and the main reason we have never evaluated for an alternative AMS the entire time we've worked with them.

MatrixMAXX AMS is easy to use and built on a modern tech stack that just makes sense. The system has a strong, flexible API, which has made it easy for us to connect it with other tools and internal processes. It also offers a solid set of features that cover what we need day to day without feeling outdated or clunky. What really sets MatrixMAXX apart is the support team. They’re responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to work with. They listen, help with custom integrations when needed, and are always open to feedback and ideas for improving the platform.
