Overall Experience

Association Anywhere is a solid product, and the setup is logical. But it takes an interminable amount of time to get anything fixed, changed, etc. Interminable meaning months to years. Upgrades cause things to break and it takes months or longer to fix them. Over the years, we have faced countless delays when integrating new products or systems, or when launching our own programs, due to delays on their end in getting things done, even when our deadlines were communicated very far in advance and we were assured they could be met. Data stored in one area is often not reportable in another area, unless you are using BOXI, which is not user friendly to the average staff member. We have used AA for many years, and have seen very little improvement in functionality, flexibility and nimbleness.
