Since 2018, I have transitioned two associations onto CE21's LMS and AMS platforms, and I am now helping a third take that first step, bringing them into an AMS and LMS experience for the very first time. That track record is the most honest endorsement I can offer. The automation, SSO experience, and WordPress integration have genuinely modernized how we serve our members. CE21's customer support is top notch, and their team is always open to feedback and improvement. We understand no software is one-size-fits-all, but CE21 comes closer than most, and when they fall short, they work to close the gap. I trust CE21, and I keep coming back.

Overall Experience
CE21’s data management platform has fundamentally streamlined how we do business. Thanks to their robust platform, we can now manage our membership database, referral service, continuing legal education and website all under one roof. The benefits of the system are far too many to list. As a smaller business, it was difficult to find a platform with automated features tailored for a member-driven organization that also serves the public through a referral service and provides continuing legal education. We often found ourselves "in-between": too big for affordable, entry-level platforms, but not large enough for the most expensive enterprise systems. CE21 solved this dilemma. Their product provides all the automated features of a larger system, allowing our staff of fewer than 10 to handle day-to-day operations with incredible efficiency. Gone are the days of staff manually setting reminders to welcome members or notify participants of upcoming events. More importantly, the system now handles the entire renewal cycle—from the initial reach-out to gently reminding members before they lapse. As a company, their customer service is some of the best I’ve experienced in my 20-plus years of membership management. From their online ticketing support—which allows you to track status and ask follow-up questions—to their genuine desire to improve the product based on customer feedback, I would rate them a solid 10 out of 10. We feel confident that we chose a vendor that will grow with our organization and help us navigate the evolving ways users want to interact with a voluntary membership.

Overall Experience
We operate a small staff association. The CE21 staff are like an extension of our own staff, providing us with much needed support and an efficient system which automates many tasks, freeing up our time for providing high touch with our members.
