Overall Experience

As a tool, it's useful at first. It comes out of the box great, ready to go pretty much. But based on your model, it may or may not fit your needs, and you will most likely hit a ceiling with it that will make the management of day-to-day operations just more of a headache as you have to take so many extra steps. So will it do the job? Yes. It's like using a flathead on a phillips scew. It'll work, it's still a good tool and does the job well for many, but it just isn't the right tool for me.

Overall Experience

The reporting is well done, if a bit complicated. I just wish it was more user friendly. The registration forms for events/store items look outdated. The website and email tools are not easy to use, despite a more recent update to those areas. The new community area is not mobile friendly and our board wishes there was an app so they would be more likely to use it.
